Mary Lou Bosh, age 82 lifelong Radnor area resident passed away Sunday morning, March 31, 2013 at the Gables of Green Pastures in Marysville.
Born on September 26, 1930 in Montra, Ohio to the late Charles and Nina Faulkner, she was a graduate of Harding High School in 1948.
The devoted wife, mother, and grandmother was a member of the Central Community Baptist Church. An avid bingo player, she also enjoyed crafts of all types and collecting brown jug’s, pins, and angels. Always on time and in control, she was scheduled by the clock. Astute with numbers, she enjoyed socializing with friends.
She favored poodles and was a skilled seamstress, as she crafted clothing for many members of her family. The smell of her home cooking will long be remembered; especially her cube steak and mashed potatoes with gravy, her home baked rolls were simply the best.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children: James (Lois) Bosh of Marysville, Peggy Bosh of Delaware, Mary (Larry) Futch of Fernando Beach, FL, 8 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren, brother Charles Faulkner of Marshall, MI, sister Anna Brown of San Mateo, CA.
She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years Jim Bosh in 2009, sons: Michael in 2003 and Donald in 2007, grandson Jeremy Bosh, brother Robert Faulkner, and sister Eleanor.
Friends may call from 10 – 11 a.m. Friday at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 1510 W. William St. at Valleyside Dr., Delaware, where services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Friday with Rev. Alvin Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Radnor Cemetery.
