Thelma E. Kapalo, age 97, of Marion, died Friday, June 28, 2013 at Heartland of Bucyrus. She was born January 29, 2916 in Raymond, Ohio to the late Edward Saxton and Maggie May (Halsey) Saxton.
Thelma married Paul R. Kapalo who preceded her in death on December 18, 1981.
Thelma, retired from Tecumseh products, enjoyed traveling, bowling and playing cards.
She is preceded in death by brothers, Hershel and John Saxton and sister, Virginia Laird.
Graveside services will be held 11:30AM Wednesday, June 3, 2013 at St. Mary’s Cemetery with visitation 10AM at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Pastor Amanzo Surgener will officiate services.
