Janice Kay “Jan” Steele-Herrick, 71, of Columbus

Janice Kay “Jan” Steele-Herrick, age 71, of Columbus, died peacefully Saturday, August 17, 2013, at Heartland of Bucyrus in Bucyrus, Ohio.

She was born on August 15, 1942 in Marion, OH to the late Robert William and Marietta L. (Grace-Brush) Steele.  Janice was in poor health for several years and retired from Tomasco Industries in Columbus.

Janice is survived by son, Marlin (Jen) Herrick, grandchildren, Meg and Mason, brothers, Bill Steele and David (Jodie) Steele sister, Judy (James) O’Hare, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Sylvia, Janet and Pastor Mike Herbert.

Private services will be held.  Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. www.gunderhallandfolk.com.
