Mary E. Hill age 83 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Sunday August 25, 2013 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born October 11, 1929 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Thomas Paul and Flora Faye (Cumston) Thomas.
On July 11, 1948 in Delaware she married Bernard Wray Hill and he preceded her in death.
Mary was a member of Prospect St. United Methodist Church in Marion. She was a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother in taking care of her husband and raising and caring for her six children.
Mary leaves behind her children; three daughters, Michelle (Larry) Kettlewell of Wheeling, W.Va, Teresa (Kevin) Kelly of Columbus, Ohio, Vickie (John) Ross of Marion, Ohio, three sons, Randy (Joan) Hill of Bridgman, Michigan, Steve (Laurel) Hill of Marion, Ohio, Mark (Cindy) Hill of Ostrander, Ohio and fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers; David Thomas of Shawnee Hills, Ohio and James (Kathleen) Thomas of Delaware, Ohio.
Besides her parents and her husband, Mary was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis and Paul Thomas.
Funeral Services for Mary will be on Friday August 30, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Nancy Goulet. Burial will follow in the Radnor Cemetery in Radnor, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home two hours prior to the service on Friday from 11 to 1 P.M.
