Alice M. Clapham of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She was born April 20, 1930 in Ft. Recovery, Ohio to the late Frank M. and Irene (Kibbey) Ford.
On May 22, 1948 she married Dana LeRoy Clapham, he prececed her in death on July 8, 1969.
Alice was employed at B.F. Goodrich for 32 years, was a longtime member of Oakland United Methodist Church in Marion.
She is survived by her children, Harold Clapham of Canton, Oh., Gary (Debbie) Clapham of Marion, Oh., Jacklyn C. Willis of Marion, Oh., Cindy (Shawn) Luikart of Marion, Oh., 9 grandchildren, Eric Clapham of Lewis Center, Oh., Brett (Jamie) Clapham of Marion, Kyle Clapham of Chicago, Il., Tamaleh (Brian) Shaffer of Pataskala, Oh., Holl (AJ) Burden of Delaware, Oh., Tori Sparks Of Marion, Tyler Sparks of Marion, Chris (Karena) Luikart of Marion, Scott Luikart of Marion, One great grandson, Damian Luikart, two sisters, Doris Martin of Newark, Oh., Janet Ford of Newark, Oh., and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Clapham, two brothers, Bill and Donald Ford, her half sister, Martha Casey and son in law, Jack Willis.
Funeral services for Alice will be Saturday, November 9, 2013 @ 11 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Hord officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 10 – 11 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Marion General Hospice.
