Naomi “Jean” Campbell, 88, stepped into the arms of her Savior on Thursday, December 19, 2013, from Rolling Meadows Health Care, LaFontaine, Indiana.
Jean was born on October 14, 1925, in Marion, Ohio, to Robert L. and Mary Eaton Everett.
On July 4, 1945, she married Roger H. Campbell; he preceded her in death on December 22, 2010. They resided in Marion, Ohio, until December 2009, when they moved to Marion, Indiana.
Jean was a member of the Dayspring Wesleyan Church, Marion, OH.
Surviving are three sons, Craig (Marla) Campbell, Marion, Ohio, Ron (Sharon) Campbell and Brad (Lisa) Campbell all of Marion, Indiana. She is also survived by one sister, Elizabeth (Neal) Vann, Trenton, Georgia, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter and three sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Monday, December 23, in the Dayspring Wesleyan Church, 2431 Marion Mount Gilead Road, Marion, Ohio, with Pastors Charles Osborne III and David Holdren officiating. Interment will be in the Green Camp Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 pm on Sunday, December 22, 2013, in the Boyd-Born Funeral Home, 122 W. Columbia Street, Marion, Ohio, and one hour before the service at the church.
