Virginia Green age 91 of Marion passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Kingston Residence.
Born September 4, 1922 in Ripley West Virginia to the late William Ackinson and Anna Carolina (Smith) Buchanan.
Virginia previously worked in the cafeteria at Harding High School. She was a member of Prospect Street United Methodist Church, and previously a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.
Virginia married Pearl R Green, he passed away May 5, 2011.
Survivors include three sons, Al (Cheryl) Green of Marion, Ron ( Ann) Green of North Canton, Ohio, Randy (Carolyn) Green of Marion, one sister Marie Conkle of Marion, six grandchildren, two step grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild. preceding Virginia in death are three brothers and four sisters.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at Prospect Street United Methodist 185 South Prospect Street Marion, Ohio. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery.
