Harvey G. Joseph Sr. age 78 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born October 22, 1935 in South Webster, Ohio to the late Charlie T. and Betty Mae (Charles) Joseph.
On September 10, 1961 he married Betty S. (Johnson).
Harvey was a U.S. Navy Veteran from 1954 to 1962, he was Pentecostal Faith. He was employed for 27 years at C&M Enterprize.
He is survived by his wife, Betty S. Joseph of Marion, Oh., his children, Harvey Joseph Jr. of Fl., Debbie Joseph-Burgess of Marion, Oh., Juanita (Eddie) Joseph-Malone of South Webster, Oh., Betty Mae Joseph-Norton of Marion, Oh., Patricia Joseph of Marion, Oh., 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 4 brothers, Bob, Larry, Dale and Vernon, 2 sisters, Margie and Suzie, his aunt, Mary Lou Frye, of Chillicothe, Oh.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Charles and Gary, and 1 sister, Kathy.
Visitation for Harvey will be Monday, December 30, 2013 from 12 pm to 1 pm at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 @ 1 pm at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Dorcy Hayner officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery.
