Bessie M. Lehman, 89, of Marion

Bessie M. Lehman, age 89, of Marion, died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.

Born on February 25, 1925 in Sidney, OH, she was the daughter to the late George and Mary (Chambers) Wilkinson.

Bessie was preceded in death by husbands, Bob Miller and Charles Lehman and son, Darrell A. Nichols.

Bessie was a member of Fite Memorial Baptist Church, VFW 7201 Auxiliary, American Legion 162, and The Community Action Center.

Bessie is survived by children, William (Michelle) Nichols of Bellefontaine, John (Ellen Walton) Nichols Jr. of Johnstown, Carlton (Darlene) Nichols of Bellefontaine, Carol Ann (Rob) Popp of Bellefontaine, and Linda (James) Maze of Marion; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors from 4 until 7PM.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors at 10:30AM with Pastor David Carlyle officiating.  Burial will follow at Shoup-Thompson Cemetery.  www.gunderhallandfolk.com.
