Audrey A. Mitchell age 81 of Marion, Ohio passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at Genesis Healthcare Center.
She was born April 20, 1932 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Clay S. and Hazel M. (Stockwell) Mitchell.
Audrey was a member of Espyville Baptist Church for many years, she was formerly employed at MARCA, McDonalds and Pizza Hut.
She is survived by three brothers, Tom H. Mitchell of Upper Sandusky, Oh., Gary E. (Betty) Mitchell of Marion, Oh., Robert M. (Susan) Mitchell of Marion, Oh., sister, Francis L. Rhodes of Kansas, sister in law, Doris Mitchell of Marion, Oh., and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Clyde, Virgil and Kenneth.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 11 – 1 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 3, 2014 @ 1PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Hord officiating. Burial will follow at Berkshire Cemetery in Sunbury, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer’s Association.
