Paul Eugene Hall, age 76, a former Marion resident and currently of Lucasville, Ohio, passed away in the Southern Ohio Medical Center, Lucasville, on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 10:42 p.m.
He was born in Wurtland, Kentucky on April 27, 1937 to Tiny and May (George) Hall.
Paul is survived by his wife; Evelyn M. (Butler) Hall and was preceded in death by Marie Hall with whom he had made his home.
He had been employed for many years as a welder for the Marion Power Shovel Co. before his retirement.
Paul is survived by 2 sons; Paul Hall Jr. & Iva Hall of Ohio, 4 daughters; Dottie Lou Hall of Ohio, Mary (David) Meachem of Lucasville, Oh., Tammy (Richard) Meachem of Caledonia, Oh., & Mindi (Gary Dotson) Cantrell of Ashley, Oh., 1 brother; Carl (Jewell) Hall of Marion, Oh., 1 sister; Berthe Watkins of Russell, Ky., many grandchildren including Mark DeVore & Stephanie Rivers, and numerous great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers & 1 sister.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Grand Prairie Cemetery.
