Born in Bellflower Calif. on Nov. 28th 1966, John B. Amos, after a battle with cancer, went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 20th 2014 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.
He leaves behind his Mother Patricia Thompson and his Father Kenneth Thompson, his partner Jim Plotner, his two children Breanna Diane Amos and John Taylor Amos. One grandson Brennen Smith. Four sisters Lorie Flores, Tracie (Gary) Eichenberger, Carrie (Daniel) Wilson, Jackie (Chad) Hatten as well as many nieces and nephews.
John was very active in getting the word out on AIDS awareness. His favorite past times were drawing and spending time with friends. He has touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
