B. Louise Brown, of Marion, born on February 9, 1928 in Gallia County, Ohio to the late Ivan and Marie (Phillips) Spires died Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Fairhaven Community, Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
Louise and Richard Brown were married September 9, 1950 and he preceded her in death on July 13, 1996.
She will always be cherished by her children: Jane (Jack-deceased) Scroggins of New Bloomington, Ohio, Karen (Donnie) Conley of Suffolk, VA, Nancy (Roger) Runion of Findlay, Ohio, Dick (Debbie) Brown of Marion, Ohio, Dennis (Peggy) Brown of Marion, Ohio, along with adoptive son Jon (Sharon) Bibler of Springfield, Missouri,11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, her sister Ina (Roger) Edwards of Washington Courthouse, Ohio, her brother John (Evelyn) Spires of Marion, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her sisters Dorothy Turner, Juanita Cornett, Margaret Turner and Virginia Albright.
Louise’s lived every day for her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her kind, gentle and giving spirit. Always had a smile and kind word for all she met. It was easy to feel the love in her smile.
Calling hours will be held from 5 until 8PM at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Thomas Buffer at St. Mary Church on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 10:30AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
