Lillian E. Clark, 89, of Marion

Lillian E. ClarkLillian E. Clark, age 89 of Marion, OH, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation-Community.

She was born December 5, 1924 in Rush, Kentucky to the late George Washington and Lulla Frances (Jordan) Workman.

She married Paul Pearl Clark on July 4, 1986, and he preceded her in death.

Lillian was retired as a nurse’s aide with the Smith Clinic. She loved to cook and enjoy her family gatherings, and she loved to watch the Christian Channel.

Lillian is survived by 3 daughters and 2 sons: Sharon Mae (Terry) Crabtree; Linda Frances Morrissey; and Betty Jean (Gary) Thompson, all of Marion, OH; John Herschel (Mary) Fraley of Iberia, OH; and Gary Dale Fraley of Ironton, OH. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Ann Fraley, a son, Larry Dean Fraley, a grandson, Little Gene Jenkins, one great-granddaughter, Angel Snyder, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, daughter-in-law, Linda Fraley, and a son-in-law, John Morrissey.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Steve Jobe. Burial will follow in the Meeker Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
