William J. Virden age 55 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at his residence.
He was born October 18, 1958 in Hardin County, Ohio to the late Richard E. and Mary A. (Danner) Virden.
William was a longtime resident of Marion where he was employed at Marion Industrial Supply for several years.
He is survived by his siblings, Michael E. (Debra G.) Virden of Delaware, Oh., Rebecca J. Smith of Waldo, Oh., Daniel A. (Rhonda) Virden of Fl., and numerous nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Paul R. Virden, a sister, Carol R. Virden and his nephew, Colby L. Smith.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 30, 2014 from 1 – 2 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at Larue Cemetery with Pastor Nick Worden officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
