Earl W. McKee age 73 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
He was born October 2, 1940 in Coal Grove, Ohio to the late William Arthur and Betty (Riffe) McKee.
On October 26, 2002 he married Sharel J. (Pheasant).
Earl was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Marion, he was formerly employed at Tecumseh Products, M.C.I., Marion County Auxilliary Sheriff and Honda of America for 16 years.
He is survived by his wife, Sharel McKee of Marion, Oh., children, Susan (Norman) West of Sturgis, Mi., Melinda (Jack) Johnson of Big Island, Oh., Angie McKee of Columbus, Oh., Christopher McKee of Marion, Oh., Jason (Tami) Bishop of Tacoma, Wa., four grandchildren, four brothers, Francis McKee of Ironton, Oh., Jim Waggoner of Castonia, Nc., Ed McKee of Ironton, Oh., three sisters, Harrett Williamson of Marion, Oh., Darline Rapp of Ironton, Oh., Ester (Bob) Austin of Lakeland, Fl., numerous nieces and nephews, his mother in law, Joann Pheasant of Marion, Oh., three sister in laws, Barbara (Dave) Boggs of Marion, Oh., Vickie (Tim) McGowen of Prospect, Oh., Tammy Kelly of Marion, Oh., a brother in law, Steven Pheasant of Marion, Oh.
He was preceded in death by a son, Dwight McKee and a daughter, Terry Lynn McKee.
Graveside services will be held Monday, August 25, 2014 at 10 AM at Grand Prairie Cemetery with Pastor William Snyder officiating. No calling hours will be observed. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
