Dorothy M. Rentschler age 87 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born September 28, 1927 in Richwood, Ohio to the late Floyd and Elsie (Becket) Flesher.
On October 4, 1952 in Richmond, IN., she married Harry Rentschler, he preceded her in death on March 27, 1980.
Dorothy was a longtime resident of Marion, where she was a member of Grace Baptist Church and was employed at Maplewood Nursing Home for 25 years.
She is survived by her two daughters, Jeraldine Hudkins of Marion and Sandy Hudkins of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Hudkins, two brothers, Donald and Walter Flesher and her sister, June Fry.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 20, 2014 from 4 – 7 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Tuesday, October 21, 2014 @ 1PM at the Marion Cemetery with Pastor Bill Middleton officiating. On line condolences may be expressed to the family at www.boydbornfuneralhome.com
