Ruth E. Habluetzel age 90 of Marion, Ohio, passed away on Friday November 28, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born in Marion on April 9, 1924 to the late Albert W. and Hester (Graham) Habluetzel.
Ruth was retired from the former G.T.E. telephone company, now Verizon. She was also a former member of Wesleyan United Methodist Church on Olney Ave. for many years, and was now a member of Prospect St. United Methodist Church.
Besides her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by a sister, Ida Habluetzel, and two brothers; Paul and Glen Habluetzel.
There will be a Graveside Cremation Service for Ruth on Thursday December 11, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the Marion Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Rev. Joe Miller. There will be no calling hours observed.
