The Marion County Board of Elections (BOE) has announced they will hold a special meeting, and clear data from a previous election, on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
At 10:00 a.m., the BOE will clear the voting equipment memory cards from the General Election held on November 4, 2014. The notice for this task is required by law and the public is invited to view this process.
Both activities will be held in the Board of Elections office at the Marion County Building, 222 West Center Street in Marion.
A special committee meeting will also be held Thursday at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of redistricting / consolidating precincts.
The public is invited to attend all meetings.
