Gwendolyn L. Wright age 61 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born December 8, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Cleveland A. and Christine (Ferrell) Vance.
On June 20, 1971 she married Edward W. “Bud” Wright Jr. he preceded her in death on March 5, 2011.
Gwendolyn is survived by her five children, Yvette Wright of Columbus, Edward W. Wright III of Marion, Aleta Bell of Columbus, Jeffery Wright of Marion, Simone Bullock of Columbus, twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three sisters, Carolyn Pugh of Columbus, Linda Anderson of Columbus, Betty Vance of Texas, her brother, Dennis Clinton of Durham, NC., and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Tinsley.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 from 11 – 12 PM at Kings Temple Apostolic Church, 267 Senate St. Marion, Ohio. Funeral Services will follow at 12PM at Kings Temple Apostolic Church with Elder Tyrone Kaiser, Elder Martis Bracy and Pastor Richard McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery.
The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
