Police seeking public’s help following home invasion in southwest Marion

The Marion Police Department is searching for two suspects who committed a home invasion Thursday evening. They are hoping for the public’s help in that search.

Several officers from the Marion Police Department responded at 8:41PM on March 19, 2015 to 603 Olney Avenue, a home on the southwest side of town, for a reported Armed Robbery/ Home Invasion.

Police said the two victims, both females, were held at gunpoint by one suspect while the other suspect ransacked the first floor and second floor looking for money and guns. The two females were then placed inside a closet just before the suspects fled the scene.
