Harold Holsinger Sr., age 67, of Marion passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was born on November 11, 1947 in Marion, Ohio to the late Charles and Mary (Stone) Holsinger.
He was a 1966 graduate of Harding High School. Harold married the former Sharon Swearingen in September of 1968 and she survives in Marion.
For many years he was employed in various auto repair shops throughout Marion as an auto mechanic, including the State Highway Garage.
Surviving along with his wife are a son; Harold Holsinger Jr. of Marion, OH., two daughters; Tammy (Dan) Damron and Amy (Jason Grider) Holsinger both of Marion, OH., two brothers; Paul (Pat) Holsinger of Marion, OH. and Gene Holsinger of Sarasotta; FL., a sister; Dean Hough of Marion, OH., 5 grandghildren, 1 great grandchild, and a niece; Bobbie Swearingen.
Harold was preceded in death by two brothers; Joseph and Eric Holsinger.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where an informal service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
