Jarrod Christopher Morgan, age 39, of Cardington, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
On December 15, 1975, Jarrod was born in Delaware, OH, the son of Paula (Smith) Squires and the late Terrell Lester Morgan. He graduated from Cardington-Lincoln High School in the class of 1994. He also took a year of classes at DeVry University.
Jarrod loved working with his hands and was an excellent finish carpenter. He did a lot of interior trim and stairs in houses, and was always in his basement building something. He enjoyed tinkering with vehicles and going mud running at Crum’s Mud Run in Cardington.
Jarrod was a big hearted man with a wild and adventurous side. He loved his family and friends with all of his heart. He especially treasured hanging out and spending time with his daughters.
He will be dearly missed by his mother and step-father, Paula (Brad) Squires of Chesterville; three daughters: Mariah, Summer and Maci Morgan, all of Cardington; three brothers: Rusty (Barbara) Krinn of Delaware, Tony Krinn of Edison, Kyle (Merryah) Squires of Pulaskiville; a sister, Natasha (Jon) Schmidt of Syracuse, NY; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Jarrod’s family will greet friends from 2 – 5 on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the Snyder Funeral Home, Craven Chapel, 67 N. Main St., Mount Gilead. An open mic time of sharing memories of Jarrod will be held at 4:00 p.m. Per his wishes, a cremation will follow.
Rather than flowers, his family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
