Quentin Mullins, Jr. age 66 of Marion, passed away on Sunday morning June 21, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Quentin was born on March 31, 1949 in Knott County, Kentucky, the son of Quentin and Alice (Thorsberry) Mullins, Sr. He grew up in Puncheon Creek and graduated from the Knott County High School. He is retired from Whirlpool working as a press operator for over 46 years.
On May 21, 2010, Quentin was united in marriage to Kim S. Rinbolt in Marion.
Quentin was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying UK basketball. He also liked bowling and was a fan of all the Cleveland teams. He was a longtime member of the Marion Moose Lodge and was a dedicated member of the Marion Area Harley Rider’s Association.
Quentin is now set out to journey to another adventure out on the open road…
He is survived by his wife Kim Mullins; his children: Natalie (Jamie) Powers, Quentin “Keith” Mullins, Elijah Mullins, Kelli Rudd and Toni Rudd; grandchildren: Quentin Mullins, Baeleigh Quinn and Jett Harbour; Siblings: Roger Mullins, Euretta Hourd, Kathy Mullins, Pam (Steve) Hudson and Betty Burns and his beloved cat, Stormin Norman.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 East Center St., Marion from 4PM to 7PM.
