Anna E. Bosh passed away Monday evening, January 31, 2011, at Kingston Residence of Marion at the age of 86.
Anna was born July 12, 1924 in Toughkenanon, Pennsylvania to the late Chief and Olive (Cummings) Jackson.
On January 21, 1946 she married Thomas A. Bosh who passed away March 28, 2010.
Anna was a Untied States Army Veteran. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, American Legion Post 162, and Elks 32. She had worked as a receptionist at Marion Juvenile Detention Center.
Anna is survived by sons, William R. “Bill” (Katherine) Bosh of Marion, and Stephen (Cheryl) Bosh of Traverse City, Michigan; eight grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Monday, February 7, 2011 at 10 AM at Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery. Reverend Dr. Amelia Walker will officiate the service, and military rites will be performed at the cemetery by Marion Area Veteran’s Council. Calling hours will be held Sunday, February 6, from 2-5 PM at the funeral home.
