Larry Grate age 59 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at his residence. He was born March 4, 1956 in Marion, Ohio to Merle L. and Evelyn M. (Holcomb) Grate.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Grate of Marion, his wife, Sharon Miller Grate of Marion, a daughter, Robin Lash of Marion, a son, Ron Miller of Marion, two grandchildren, Boston (Zack) Winslow of New Bloomington, Ben Brammer of Marion, four great grandchildren, Hallie Joe, Hartley, Riggins, Carson, two sisters, Sandy Gruber of Caledonia and Linda Holcomb of Marion.
Larry loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Merle Grate and his two brothers, Steve Grate and Gary Grate.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015 @ 11:30 AM at Marion Cemetery with Minister Mark Drake officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be from 10 – 11 AM Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
