Billy G. “Bil” Copeland, age 66, of Marion, died Monday, September 21, 2015 at Marion General Hospital.
Bil was born August 16, 1949 in Marion, Ohio to the late Elma V. Copeland and Artie G. (Gilbert) Rinbolt.
Bil graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1967.
On August 9, 1975 Bil married Cathy Walter who survives.
Bil previously worked for Spears Meat Market. He was a Harding Booster Club member for over twenty years and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchild.
Bil is survived by wife, Cathy Copeland; daughters, Courtney Copeland of Denver, CO. and Heather (Dustin) Armstrong of Dover, OH; and granddaughter, Alaina “LaLa” Armstrong.
A gathering of friends will take place at the First Church of the Nazarene, 233 W Church St., Marion, Ohio on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 4 until 6 PM.
