Dorothy F. Bish age 87 of Marion, Ohio passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at Kingston Residence of Marion.
She was born April 4, 1928 in Marion, Ohio to the late Floyd and Florence (Griffith) Decker.
Dorothy was co-owner of Century 21 Reality for many years, was very active at Prospect Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, C.C.L, Girl Scout Leader and through Kiwanis she conducted reading is fundamental for children.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Bish of Marion, OH., five children, James (Jill) Sinden of Taiwan, Vicki (Jeff) Howison of St. Marys, OH., Debra (Joe) Upton of Kenton, OH., Diana Sinden, who she loved as a daughter, 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, as well as her very best friend, Carol Penry.
Besides her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her son, David Sinden, daughter, Lori Wolfe, four brothers, William, Floyd Jr., Robert, and Donald, and 2 sisters, Irene Brutchey, and Ruth Moore.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11 AM also at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
