Heather Robin (Bishop) Clixby, 41, dearly loved daughter of Gene R. and Karen Bishop of Marion, passed from this life to join her husband on February 25, 2011.
Heather was born on August 23, 1969 in Marion, joining three older sisters, Monnette (Jimmie) Cunningham, Morral; Stephanie (Rodney) Gayheart, Caledonia; and Angela Spencer, Marion; who survive her.
She is also survived by her loving nephews and nieces, Andrew, Jessie, and Nick Cunningham, and Emily Spencer; and by her parents.
She graduated from Ridgedale High School in 1987, and on September 2, 1989, she married Terrance (Terry) L. Clixby, who died on January 19, 2009.
In addition to her beloved husband, Heather was preceded in death by a niece, Sarah, and grandmothers Alma and Geraldine.
Heather was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Marion.
She had an infectious laugh that no one could resist, and family get-togethers will never be the same without it. Heather lived with a broken heart in the two years since she lost her husband, and now we take comfort in the belief that they are together again.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 East Center Street, Marion, at 2PM with Rev. Nicholas Worden and Rev. Bill Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in Meeker-Frame Cemetery Friends may call on the family from 12Noon until the time of the service.
