The Marion County Fair opened their gates today, Monday, and will wrap up opening day with fireworks celebrating the Fourth of July. The fireworks start at 10:00pm preceded by the A-Bar Rodeo at 7:30pm in the grandstands.
The rides open at noon Monday.
Tuesday, July 5, is Canned Food Day, Ladies Day, Sr. Citizen’s and Veteran’s Day. From 8:00am to 2:00pm, admission for those 11-years-old and over is free with a donation of canned food item.
Wednesday, July 6 is Kids' Day with kids 12 and under admitted free from 8:00am 2:00pm. Rides will also open early on this day.
Daily admission to the fair is $6.00 with children 10 and under admitted free. Admission does not include rides.
Season passes or memberships are $20.00 per person.
Ride Tickets are $1.00 each with Kiddie Rides being 2 tickets and Major Rides being 3 tickets. Unlimited All Day Ride Passed are available for $12.00.
Grandstand admission is $3.00 and pit passes are available for $6.00.
