The Marion Senior Center's Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre will present "Hulas and Homicide" on Thursday, July 8 at 11:00 am.
The show revolves around the mysterious death of “Winnie Waheli” a Championship Hula dancer and founder of the annual hula Contest who has swirled her hips for the last time.
Her body was found lying on the Kikiwai Beach. Authorities believe she was murdered and have asked for your help to solve this homicide.
Upon arrival you will need to meet and observe the following people.
Leia Lailani – Pro hula champion
Minnie Molawi – Winnie’s chief assistant judge
Hanna Hobart – Amateur hula champion
Pono Pahu – Drummer
Mort Barks – Contest emcee
Norm Room – Owner of the Kikiwai Queen Hotel
Flora Fauna – Florist
Mitch Awave – Surfer
Organizers say they hope you will assist the investigators in solving this “hip shaking” mystery.
For lunch you will feast on tropical delights from the Island of Hawaii.
