Arthur "Lee" Sanders, 63, Marion, died on Saturday, May 29, 2010 in the VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
Lee was born on May 7, 1947 to the late Edward and Florence Sanders in Ironton, Ohio.
Lee served in the U.S.A.F and the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He belonged to the Vietnam Security Police Association, VFW Post 3313 Life Member, D.A.V. Post 22 Rayberry, Lif Member. "Art" or "Lee", however his friends may have known him by, was an avid golfer and dog lover.
Lee is survived by his son, Arthur L. Sanders Jr. of Heath, TX; grandchildren, Arthur L. Sanders III and Hannah Rosa Sanders all of Heath, TX; brothers, Larry "Lefty" Sanders of Pataskala, OH, and Edward Sanders of Zephryhills, Fla.
Lee's wishes were for no services to be held. A memorial marker will be placed in his honor at Chapel Heights Cemetery, Marion, OH. Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are handling the arrangements.
