The free workshop series, Caregiver 201, will be presented by Anne Bare, RN, BS, on Friday, July 9, 16, and 23, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day.
This series is designed to assist families and caregivers coping with the middle to later stages of dementia.
Session topics include,
- Dealing with challenging behavior
- Managing physical care needs
- Medications
- Making difficult end of life decisions, and
- Coping with grief and guilt.
The sessions will be held at Marion Adult Day Care, 343 North State Street in Marion.
