Linda Marie Hines, age 56, formerly of Marion, was called to be with our Lord to join the angels in heaven on November 29, 2011 from her home in Dayton, Ohio.
She was born in Marion on October 12, 1955 to Fred and Irma (Dukes) Crowder and was a member of Quinn Chapel AME Church.
She was retired from Verizon Telephone after 29 years of service.
Linda was preceded in death by a husband; Willie L. Robinson and leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband; Anthony Hines of Dayton, her son; Willie Robinson, her daughter; Lindsey Robinson, 3 beautiful grandchildren; Neftali Feliciano, Tianna Feliciano and Aiden James, her sister; Susan (Tony) Armstrong, her 3 brothers; Rod Crowder, Fred Crowder and Ronald (Clairissa) Crowder as well as a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of services at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home.
