Norma B. Orians, age 74, of Marion passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Heartland of Marion.
Norma was born on February 11, 1937 to the late David L. Shields and Osie Jewel.
She was a lifelong resident of Marion, formerly a seamstress at ACME Cleaners and enjoyed quilting.
Norma is survived by her two sons David C. (Susan) Fleming of Marion and Robert A. Fleming of Denton, Texas. She has two grandchildren Amy Fleming and Jason Hines and three great-children Dalas Fleming, Alana Fleming and Jason A. Hanes II. Surviving siblings include a bother David (Betty) Shields of Custard, PA and two sisters Eva Harvey of Guysmill, PA and Bonnie (Arvid) Stetnhoff of Stockton, NY.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Harry C. Fleming, daughter Linda Fleming and grandson David Allen Fleming.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. A Graveside Service will be held 10:30 AM Friday, December 23, 2011 at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens with Minister Matt Dahm officiating.
