Ruby Jane Richards age 75, died in her home on April 24, 2012.
She was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on December 25, 1936 to Roy and Roxie (Collinsworth) Adams.
Ruby is survived by her loving husband Ronald L. Richards, daughters, Christine J. Sheehe and Linda (Terry) Crowe, grandchildren, Michael L. Roberts, Tabatha Cole, Amanda Callahan, Nikki Burgess, Terra L. Faust, Brandon J. Crowe and Justin D. Crowe, sister, Sarah Dixon of Delaware, brothers, Lowell Adams of Mansfield and Bruce Adams of California. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Sharon Burgess Huffine, brothers, William, Willie, Roy Jr., and Hollie Adams, and her sister, Glindine Litzenberg.
Ruby never met a stranger, she loved o be out and about town chatting with people. She met many friends and faces through the years, she managed the local L&K Resturant and she never forgot a face. Ruby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Ruby took great pride along side her husband in founding the local Dialysis Unit of Marion.
The family will a hold a private family graveside service on Friday. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
