M. Jane Decker age 79 of Circleville, Ohio, formerly of Marion, Ohio, passed away Sunday April 29, 2012 at the Logan Elm Health Care in Circleville, Ohio.
She was born March 3, 1933 in Fort Wayne, IN. to the late Owen F. and Carrie (Wetzel) Timmons.
On November 2, 1965 in Delaware, Ohio she married William J. Decker and he preceded her in death, March 23, 2004.
Jane was retired as Secretary to the General Manager at PPG Industries in Delaware, Ohio. She was a 1951 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Marion, Ohio, Marion Senior Center, Marion Palace Theater and Marion YMCA.
Jane is survived by two sons and three step-daughters; Steven (Candy) Winbigler of Louisville, TN., Scott (Diane) Winbigler of Graniteville, SC., Cathy Young of Circleville, Ohio, Peggy (Richard) Fetter of Indianapolis, IN., Judy (David) Gensch of Iowa, thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters-in-law; Doris Decker and Dorothy Bish of Marion, Ohio, Joanne Decker of Galion, Ohio and brother-in-law John Moore of Galion, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Jane was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Konves in 2011.
Funeral Services for Jane will be Thursday May 3, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home in Marion, Ohio. Officiating the service will be Rev. Craig Lewis. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Delaware, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday May 2, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. and also on Thursday one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 P.M.
