Marion Democrats Look to Fill Open City Council Seat

Mike Thomas, chair of the Marion County Democratic Party, has announced Central Committee members of Marion City’s 4th Ward will meet May 8, 2012 at 6:30pm at Democratic Headquarters, 1585 Harding Highway East, to fill the vacancy on Marion City Council.

The vacancy is due to the unexpected death of Mary Imo Crowe, a democrat who held Marion City Council’s 4th ward seat.

Eligible 4th ward residents wishing to apply for the position should contact Mike Thomas at 740-387-8141.
