Norma J. Faggs-Fout, 66, of Marion

Norma J. Faggs-Fout, age 66, of Marion, passed away on Saturday afternoon, June 16, 2012, at the Ohio State University Medical Center.

Norma was born on October 29, 1945, to James and Louise C. (Cosey) Rogers. Norma attended Harding High School. She married Clinton L. Faggs, Sr. and together they lovingly raised their family. Clinton passed away in 1996. On June 15, 2002, Norma was untied in marriage to David Fout and together they enjoyed 10 years of marriage.

For nearly 20 years, she worked as an assembler at Whirlpool. Norma was a member of the Mayes Community Temple Church in Marion.

Those who knew Norma knew she was a compulsive shopper who loved to gamble and always enjoyed a wonderful meal at Red Lobster. Wherever she went, you could be sure that she had at least three things with her at all times: a book, a bottle of water and her blanket. She also enjoyed gardening, but above all, she adored her family and was a doting grandmother known to spoil those she loved.

Those left to honor her memory are her husband David Fout; her children: Wayne Cosey of Marion, Donna Faggs of Marion, Sean Faggs of Bucyrus, Charmion Faggs of Marion, Clinton Faggs, Jr. of Marion, Barbara (Devin) Jones of Bucyrus and Cor-re-don Rogers of Marion; 29 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and sisters: Bernice Booker of Canal Winchester, Audry Flournoy, Tracy White and Karen (Michael) Douglas all of Marion.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Clinton L. Faggs, Sr., a sister Joyce N. Rogers and a great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 East Center Street, Marion, from 5PM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, at the Mayes Community Temple Church, 801 Bennett Street, Marion at 10AM with Pastor Sean Jackson and Rev. Cor-re-don Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Grand Prairie Cemetery.

If so desired, donations may be sent the American Porphyria Foundation, 4900 Woodway, Suite 780 Houston, TX 77056.
