Elizabeth K.V. “Beth” Principe, age 38, of Marion died Wednesday afternoon, October 27, 2010 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

She was born in Biloxi, Mississippi the daughter of Grover Thompson Jr. of Mount Gilead and the late Beverly E. (Griffith) Thompson.

Jane Smith Peacock, age 98, a life-long resident of Marion, died October 28th, 2010 at her residence at Kingston.

She was born in Marion on July 25, 1912, to the late Lillian (Thoman) and James R. Smith. On August 28, 1937, she married John E. Peacock, who died in 1971.

Bernice Marie Elliott, age 87, of LaRue died Wednesday October 27, 2010 at 10:54 AM at Marion General Hospital.

She was born June 28, 1923 in South Webster, Ohio to the late Berton and Lucretia (Banks) Robinson. On January 18, 1947 she married Earl L. Elliott and he survives.

Richard Kale Severns, 76, of Marion, went to be with his Lord Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 6:30 a.m. at his home with family by his side.

He was born on November 29, 1933 in Marion to the late Sheridan L. and Mary A. (Earley) Severns.

Glen A. Morrow, age 49, of South Shore, Kentucky, and formerly of Ironton and Marion, Ohio, died Saturday afternoon, October 23, 2010, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio, following an unexpected three month illness.

On July 22, 1961, Glen was born in Marion, Ohio, the son of the late Ruth (Moore) Trowbridge and Melvin Morrow.  He graduated from Marion Harding High School in the Class of 1979.

Iva M. Smelser age 76 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at her residence.

She was born May 2 , 1934 in Kenton, Ohio to the late George C. and Ethel (Kindell) Bridenstine.

Tom “Malachi” Chamberlain, age 51, of Iberia died Monday afternoon, October 25, 2010 after a courageous 3 year battle with ALS.

He was born on June 29, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Gene J. Chamberlain of Huntsville, Alabama and the late Shirley F. (Caywood) Chamberlain.

Aaron S. Hacker, age 31, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2010, in Marion.

He was born on January 28, 1979 in LaePapua, New Guinea to James A. and Kathy J. (Branch) Hacker. His parents survive in Marion.

Robert "Bob" C. Dowd 93 passed away Monday, October 25, 2010.

Born in Hardin County on March 27, 1917, to Michael T. and Etta (Caulfield) Dowd, he grew up on the family's livestock farm, graduating from Kenton High School and Cincinnati's YMCA Business College.

Lowell Charles Doyle age 82 of Marion, made a spiritual transition on Monday evening October 25th, 2010 at Partners of Marion.

He was born February 1st, 1928 in Caledonia the son of the late Lowell Lafayette and Nova (Bollinger) Doyle.
