Philip E. Leedom, age 63 of Marion, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at the Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born December 14,1948, in Marion to the late Edward M. and Mary Jane Leedom.
On September 1, 1990, he married Rebecca A. Hyatt in Elyria, Ohio, and she survives.

Shirk, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed into Jesus’ arms on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Marion Morning View.  Don was born May 21, 1926 to Delbert W. and Edna (Moore) Shirk.  He was one of four sons: D. LeRoy (JoAnn) Shirk, Robert L. (Violet) Shirk, and Paul Arthur Shirk.  All but JoAnn have preceded him in death.

James F. Sisson, age 78, of Marion, died Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Marion General Hospital. James was born November 22, 1933 to the late Virgil H. and Edith P. (Evans)  Sisson in Marion. “To know him, was to love him,” James enjoyed fishing, cooking, hunting, and above all else helping others. He married Rose M. Burgle on November 10, 1951; she preceded him in death on April 16, 1999.

She was born January 20, 1921 in Austin, IN., to the late Willie and Frances (Cade) Chasteen.
On October 12, 1944 she married Marion W. Frost, he preceded her in death on December 12, 1994.
Minnie attended Vineyard Christian Fellowship and most recently she has been attending
Celebration Christian Church.
