William "Pat" Neef age 81 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Heartland of Marion.
He was born July 31, 1930 in Ferndale, MI., to the late George M. and Lula A. (Quinlan) Neef.
On November 29, 1963 he married Sue (Gay).

Carolyn Kay (Matthews) Moser was born March 26th, 1938, in Delaware Ohio. On June 22, 2012 she went to her eternal home in Heaven. She was first married to Robert E. Smith of Waldo and they had two daughters together, Karen Ann and Robyn Lynne. In 1998 she married George E. Moser of Prospect, Ohio.
Melvin Jay Berry, 75, of Marion
Melvin Jay Berry age 75 of Marion, Ohio lost his courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer, Wednesday, June 20, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born October 4, 1936 in Corunna, MI., to the late Frank S. and Hazel E. (Schrepfer) Berry.
On September 1, 1956 he married Elaine M. (Koyne).
Cleta M. Berry, 88, of Marion
Cleta M. Berry, age 88 of Marion, entered into eternal peace Wednesday morning , June 20th, 2012 at Heartland of Marion. Cleta was born on January 31st, 1924 in Mt. Gilead as the daughter of Odus W. & Melvina Maria (Pinder) McClenathan. On June 8th, 1946 Cleta married Robert S. Berry Sr.. He preceded her in death November 17th, 2006.
She was a member of the Heritage Bible Church and the Marion Women of the Moose. She had been employed at ITT Power Equipment n Galion and also at Isaly’s in Marion.
Kenneth Dean Longacre, 87, of Marion
Mr. Kenneth Dean Longacre, a former long time resident of Marion, passed away at age 87 on Monday, June 18th, at Southland Nursing Center in Peachtree City, Georgia. He was born in Milford Center, Ohio to Edward and Maude Longacre on November 24, 1924. He served in the South Pacific in World War II in the Army’s 11th Airborne Division as a member of the medical corps. He married Elsie Ruth Armbruster on April 6, 1947. She preceded him in death on January 14th, 2003. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture in 1950. Mr. Longacre worked as a quality control engineer at Whirlpool Corporation for over 25 years. He was an exceptional wood craftsman and all around handyman. He thoroughly enjoyed playing his harmonica and was a crosswords aficionado. Mr. Longacre will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his pleasant disposition, his quick whit, and his kind and gentle spirit.

Norma J. Faggs-Fout, 66, of Marion
Norma J. Faggs-Fout, age 66, of Marion, passed away on Saturday afternoon, June 16, 2012, at the Ohio State University Medical Center.
Norma was born on October 29, 1945, to James and Louise C. (Cosey) Rogers. Norma attended Harding High School. She married Clinton L. Faggs, Sr. and together they lovingly raised their family. Clinton passed away in 1996. On June 15, 2002, Norma was untied in marriage to David Fout and together they enjoyed 10 years of marriage.
Mary E. Orr, 72, of Marion
Mary E. Orr age 72 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 at her residence. She was born October 10, 1939 in Winston Salem, NC., to the late Edward and Nancy (Barlow) McNeil. Edward died in 1939 when Mary was a baby. Nancy married Frank Mazzone in 1941 and he raised Mary as his own. Frank passed away in 1993. On June 22, 1959, she married Charles R. Orr, they shared 52 years together.
Clifford Warren Cochran, 55, of Marion
Clifford Warren Cochran was born July 24, 1956 and departed this life on June 13, 2012.
His family will receive friends on Thursday evening, June 21, 2012 from 6:30 PM until 7:30 P.M. at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home at which time a Service of his Homecoming will be celebrated by Pastor Willie McGary.
Burial will follow at a later date.
Mary L. Rhodes, 82, of Marion
Mary L. Rhodes age 82 of Marion, Ohio, and formerly of Prospect, Ohio, passed away Saturday June 16, 2012 at the Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She was born November 6, 1929 in Lima, Ohio to the late Cecil and Madaline (Kellogg) Glaze. On July 30, 1948 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, she married James A. Rhodes and he preceded her in death on August 3, 1997 in Marion, Ohio.
Mary was a homemaker and very much loved her family. She was a 1947 Graduate of Lima Shawnee High School. Mary also loved to paint, and loved gardening, especially growing flowers.
