Edward Wayne Marshall, age 66 of Marion died Sunday afternoon May 13th, 2012 as a result of injuries suffered in a home fire.

He was born August 7th, 1945 in Bucyrus as the son the late Isaac & Betty (Brecount) Marshall.

Ida worked at Turoffs Restaurant for many years. She was a member of the Salvation Army and Eagles Lodge.

Betty June Nickum, age 84 of Martel, entered into eternal peace Saturday afternoon, May 12th, 2012 after a brief illness at Altercare Nursing Facility in Bucyrus.

A resident of Martel her entire life, Betty was born on June 10, 1927 as the daughter of the late Harry & Helen (Pineyard) Steinhelfer.

Donald H. "Packie" Coykendall age 77 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012 at his residence.

He was born January 16, 1935 in Mt. Gilead, Ohio  to the late Alva Wesley and Pearl Virtue (Simpson) Coykendall.

Naomi Griffith age 87 of Marion, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.

She was born December 20, 1924 in Stearns, KY., to the late Harris and Lola (Crabtree) Akers.

Sally Sue Fogle passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 10, 2012 after a long and hard fight with an extended illness.

Sally was born on November 29, 1939, one of seven children to William Everett and Opal Ilene Mason Fogle Campbell.

Katherine A. Fulton age 92 of Marion, Ohio formerly of Lorain, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Kingston Residence of Marion.

She was born November 18, 1919 in Yugoslavia.

Betty M. Blackburn age 70 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.

She was born May 12, 1941 in Worthington, KY., to the lateLorren and Goldie May (Blevins) Hamm.

On June 2, 1959 she married Carl E. Blackburn, he preceded her in death on March 10, 2005.

Edna Frances Terry Lavender, age 94, of Marion, went to be with her husband and Lord on Tuesday morning, May 8, 2012, at Heartland of Marion following an extended illness.

On February 20, 1918, Edna was born in Ironton, Ohio, one of thirteen children of the late Vintson Early and Mary Frances (Sparks) Terry.  She graduated from Central High School in Ironton.

Betty Jane Saffell age 89 of Marion, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012.

She was born April 18, 1923 in Crooksville, Ohio to the late Ralph W. and Estella Jane (Jenkins) Hearing.

On May 23, 1942 in New Lexington, Ohio she married Charles R. Saffell, he preceded her in death on September 19, 1989.
