Jane H. Weddington, age 83, of Marion, died early Saturday morning, July 23, 2011, at Heartland of Marion.

Maxine F. Saxton, age 94, formerly of Marion, died Thursday afternoon, July 21, 2011, at the Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in North Richland Hills, Texas, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s.

On December 14, 1916, Maxine was born in Marion, one of four children of the late Harry and Marie (Busler) Drake.

Marion D. January, age 77, of LaRue, Ohio died Friday July 22, 2011 at 5:41 PM at Marion General Hospital.

He was born May 31, 1934 in Byhalia, Ohio to the late Raymond and Martha (Losey) January.  On March 28, 1970 he married Wanda J. Mattox and she survives.

Ruth Jamison, age 92, of Marion, and formerly of Columbus, died Thursday evening, July 21, 2011, at Heartland of Marion.

Michael A. "Pop" Steiner age 71 of LaRue, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 21, 2011 at his residence.

He was born May 28, 1940 in Marion, Ohio tot the late Arthur and Phyllis "Sit" (Eckard) Moore.

Leona Fern Walter, age 85, of Marion, died peacefully a 9:45 AM Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at Heartland of Marion, following her declining health.

She was born in Marion on July 14, 1926, to the late Delbert & Artie (Kincade) Smith.

James M. Hickman age 63 of Crestline, Ohio, passed away Tuesday July 19, 2011 at Heartland of Buryrus in Bucyrus, Ohio.

He was born January 16, 1947 in Marion, Ohio to Delmar C. and Thelma L. (James) Hickman. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Morral, Ohio.

Princess Aletis Haberman, age 86, of Marion, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at the Community Healthcare Center in Marion.

Princess was born on August 25, 1924, in Marion, Ohio to James and Bertha (Keppler) Gilbert.  On July 16, 1962 Princess was united in marriage to Walter E. Haberman in Jellico, Tennessee.

Christopher Michael Caldwell went to be with his Lord and Savior late Sunday evening, July 17, 2011 at The Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, from complications of a congenital heart condition. He was 16 years young and of Cardington.

Patrick Michael Liggett, age 20 of Marysville, died unexpectedly, Monday, July 18, 2011 from injuries sustained in a car accident.  He was born March 13, 1991 in Marion.
