John E. “Jack” Brady passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 10 PM at Morning View Care Center of Marion. He was 82 years old.

Jack was born July 23, 1928 in Marion to the late Grover and Mary (Sharp) Brady.

Margaret G. Turner, age 85, of Marion passed away early Wednesday evening at Marion General Hospital.

Born in Galia County on March 26, 1926 to Ivan and Marie (Phillips) Spires, she married John Turner on April 6, 1946 and he survives at home.

Rita A. (Stack) Brown, age 89 of Delaware passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Sarah Moore Home in Delaware.

She was born on April 3, 1922 to the late Morris and Mary (Flavin) Stack in Delaware, where she spent her childhood.

John Fitzgerald Canter, age 46 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday June 6, 2011 unexpectedly at his home.

Proceeded in death by his son John Riley Canter, his parents Clayton and Betty Canter, his two brothers Jimmy and Clayton Canter, and his sister Grace Riffe.

Steven D. Willmeth age 41 of Mt. Vernon, Ohio passed away Monday, June 6, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Born in Marion to Calvin Willmeth of Marion and Pauline Felkner of Lewis Center who survive.

Michael G. Liska, age 53, formerly of Marion, Ohio, and the past several years of Springfield, Ohio, died Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.

Mike was born July 30, 1957, in Marion to the late John F. and Margaret (Phalen) Liska.

Josephine U. Brundige, age 98, of Marion and formerly of Waldo, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Kingston Residence of Marion.

She was born October 8, 1912 in Norton, Ohio to the late Beverly Charles and Elva (Sayne) Brundige and was raised on a farm in Waldo along with her brothers.

Sheila F. Klingel, age 86, of Marion passed away on Monday, June 6, 2011 at the Partners of Marion Care and Rehabilitation.

Sheila was born on May 14, 1945 to the late William and Gladys (Keefer) Iffland in Metamora, Ohio. She graduated from Waldo High School in 1943 and then worked as a cook in the school system until her retirement on February 21, 1985.

Marvin Lee Martin, age 65 of Sycamore, passed away Monday morning June 6th, 2011 in Marion General Hospital.

Marvin was born July 18, 1945 in Marion, the son of the late Herbert Martin and Jennie (Showers) Martin who survives him in Marion.

Joe A. Knappenberger of Marion wanted to go home, and he did. On Monday, June 6, 2011 after a short illness Joe went to be at peace with the Lord.

Joe was born on February 19, 1934 to the late Albert and Flora (Rush) Knappenberger at their home in Waldo.
