Anna Laura (Merwin) Rheinbolt, age 88, of Mount Gilead, passed away Thursday morning, March 24, 2011 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, following a long illness

Anna was born at home on U.S. 42 Highway near Shauck, Ohio, the daughter of the late Vinton N. and Laura A. (Coriell) Merwin.

Jenny Louise Steele, age 36, of Marion, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.

Jenny was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 26, 1974, the daughter of Rose Trexler and Robert Steele.

Nancy Lou Higginbotham, age 71 of Richwood died early Friday morning, March 25, 2011 at home with her loving husband and family by her side.

She was born December 9, 1939 in Marion to the late Walter Vernon and Helen Irene (Temple) Columber.

Bernice C. Harmon, age 93, formerly of LaRue, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday March 23, 2011 at 3:55 PM at Green Hill Center in West Liberty, Ohio.

She was born near Mt. Victory, Ohio on her father’s farm on October 2, 1917 to the late Phillip C. and Elizabeth (Temple) Johnson.

Betty Lou Alexander age 76 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Tuesday March 22, 2011 at Marion General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on March 15, 1935 in Fullerton, Ky. to the late Willis and Mary Charlene (Cartwright) Wicker.

Betty J. Keller age 90 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Monday March 21, 2011 at the Partners of Marion.

She was born August 15, 1920 in Hardin County to the late Carey W. and Iola M. (Predmore) Kahley.

Ethyl Miller’s secret to living 100 years was to “enjoy life”.  On Friday, March 18, 2011 at Woodside Village Care Center her 100 year love affair with life came to an end.

Ethyl was born on December 7, 1910 in Lodi, Ohio the daughter and only child of the late Walter Jay and Permelia E. (Rogers) Sheldon.

Russell H. “Squirrelly” Cowgill, age 94 of Richwood, died Sunday morning, March 20, 2011 at Marion Manor.

He was born October 23, 1916 in Jackson Township to the late Reuben Tyler and Callie Sipe (Miley) Cowgill.

Carl E. Chapman, age 89, of Mount Gilead died unexpectedly Monday morning, March 21, 2011 at his home; the day after a wonderful time spent with family for “Thanksgiving in March”.

He was born on February 10, 1922 in Essex, Ohio the son of the late Blanchard L. and Martha J. (Chaney) Chapman.
