Police Make Arrests After Shots Fired

Two men are under arrest in connection with an investigation into a report of shots being fired on Elgin Court Tuesday morning.

Police were called just after 6 AM after a woman leaving 464 Elgin Court reported having her rear window being shot out.

She had a 2-year-old and a baby under the age of one in the back seat at the time.

No one was injured, but police have arrested LenDale Franklin, 27, of the address for felony domestic violence and Rashawn Thomas, 21, for felony obstruction of justice.

Both men have been transported to the Multi-County Correctional Facility.

The Marion City Police Department are still seeking additional people for questioning.
