Lawrence Orchards will be holding their first annual Blossom Walk on Sunday, April 18, from 2:00 to 5:00pm. The orchard’s 20 acres of fruit trees will be in bloom with an assortment of apple, peach and plum trees.
Due to record high temperatures the spring bloom is nearly a full month ahead of schedule.
The Blossom Walk is free and open to anyone wishing to enjoy the natural beauty of spring. Pets are welcomed as long as they are on leashes.
Lawrence Orchards is located at 2634 Smeltzer Road, just one mile south of Marion.
