The Marion County Adult Probation Department is asking for the public's help in locating 35-year-old Robert Burd, Jr., for violating the conditions of his parole.
Burd is described as a white male, 6'0" tall and 157 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was placed on Community Control Sanctions in October 2009 for Possession of Heroin and has since stopped reporting to his probation officer. His last known address is 237 Homer Street in Marion but also is known to have ties in the Mt. Victory/Kenton area.
