The Marion County Farm Bureau is holding their annual dinner and meeting on Thursday, August 19, at All Occasions Catering, 6989 Wald-Delaware Road just south of Waldo.
The evening starts with a reception at 6:00 pm featuring local, state and federal public officials.
Dinner begins at 6:30 pm with roasted pork, marinated beef, loaded-potato casserole, green beans, salad, rolls, pie and ice cream, and beverages.
The Annual Meeting begins at 7:30 pm. The meeting will include highlights of the past year, a 2010 financial review, 2011 Farm Bureau policies review, election of the farm bureau board, and more.
Tickets for the dinner and meeting are $15.00 per person.
